The Attributes of God by AW Pink with a ten week Bible Study course by Betty Thomas

A.W. Pink’s The Attributes of God is a classic that presents the seventeen attributes of God in a way that is accessible to the less-experienced reader as well as providing enough for those with deeper familiarity with Christian literature. This is our God as Scripture reveals him, and it is vital that we have this understanding and not an image of God from our own imagination. Reading this book will warm your heart and enhance true worship.

The Bible study published in Our Glorious God was written to help the reader more fully grasp and appreciate A.W. Pink's book. It includes the reading of Pink's chapters along with five days each week of biblical sections that highlight God's praiseworthy qualities.

As Charles Spurgeon notes, the proper study of a Christian is the Godhead . . . the name, the nature, the person, the work, the doings, and the existence of the great God.

J.I. Packer says that the study of God's nature and character is the most practical project that anyone can engage in.

Arthur Walkington Pink was born in Nottingham, England, in 1886. From 1922 onwards he published his Studies in the Scriptures which were mailed to subscribers and continued in print until a few months after his death in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, Scotland in 1952. His many books largely arose from the Studies.

Betty Thomas is a teacher and writer whose ten-week daily Bible study accompanies A.W. Pink’s classic treatise on God’s attributes. She and her husband, Curtis Thomas, a retired pastor and author, live in Little Rock, Arkansas, (U.S.A.) Their family includes three sons, their wives and five grandchildren. Mrs. Thomas taught for twenty-five years in public schools. Her Study Guide to The Five Points of Calvinism: Defined, Defended, and Documented was published in 2013.
